I have suffered with lower back problems for years partly due to my height and also my work.
I regularly visit chiropractors or sports therapists. Usually book in with men as i need very deep tissue massage. I went to Nat tara thai in the hopes of help while in the area.
On entry I explained I have a long term lower back problems and could they do a deep tissue massage.
I was shown to a very clean and relaxed room with ambient music playing.
After a few minites the masseuse entered, My first thoughts were this isn't going to be deep tissue as she was tiny in stature.
The massage started with (Mona) walking on my lower legs and back. I was pleased that her full weight was as deep into the muscles as any other specialist iv been too.

After around 10 minutes of walking on me Mona said is it OK to now use pressure.
I happily accepted.
It felt like this tiny thai lady transformed into a 20 stone rugby player.
Giving me the best deep tissue massage iv had. It was borderline painful but not uncomfortable and I could tolerate it.
But the instant relief after the massage had finished was very noticeable.

Thank you all at Nat tara thai and Mona. Will definitely be back in the future when the assistance is needed.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years now and never had a bad massage. The staff are so lovely and the rooms are very authentic with wide beds. Mona the owner did my massage today and wow - best massage I’ve ever had, very firm, but constantly checking pressure was ok and I left floating out the building.

I was treated to a massage at the beginning of the month for my birthday. First Thai massage in the UK, it was wonderful. Had a few knots in my shoulders that the masseuse identified and focused on, without me having to say a word. Very professional. Came out feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely recommend 90 mins to 120 mins for maximum benefit! I will definitely be back at some point!

Me and my friend went last year and didnt receive the actual thai traditional massage ( streteching back, streteching leg etc- we had this on our holiday and was a proper trad thai massage) where as the one we received was more like a normal massage. now i am bit more concerned whether we need to go to thailand for the actual massage as these places seems to say alot on the website but just provided a normal massage. so disappointed
