Great service from all of the team at Specsavers Eastleigh, again. Been going there for around 10 years and always happy to go back. We've had occasional errors - coating left off the lenses on one occasion, wrong spec of lense type on another occasion, but always rectified with no quibbling. This is a really welcoming store with no haughty attitudes, just friendly people and good value service.

Totally Caring & Professional, a positive experience throughout.
All the staff were very helpful & understanding from start to finish at the Specsavers branch in Eastleigh. They could see I had health problems & did everything they could to help. A nice cheerful greeting from David at reception was followed by Julia conducting my clinical checks & she made me feel at ease. My eye test was conducted very professionally by Nicholas who explained the results to me. I had a lot of help from Marie when choosing the frames, which was much appreciated. A totally positive experience throughout. Thank you so much.

Absolutely awful. I was in today I've never been before to make an appointment and a member of staff was very very rude to this young man I've never heard anything like the poor lad walked out and I followed. If that how they treat there customers know thanks

Excellent experience at the Eastleigh branch. Staff friendly and very knowledgeable. I would like to mention Milad in particular who greeted me with a smile and put me at ease from the start, explained the process and guided me from the eye test to the lense and frame choice to the final fitting and collection. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything fully and was very knowledgeable, without blinding me with science. He is an excellent ambassador for your Eastleigh store. Thanks Milad.

The older gentleman on reception was so rude and condescending towards me for being a few minutes late for my child’s appointment. No understanding just a judgy tone so left without making another appointment.

Terrible Service and Damaged Glasses

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Specsavers Eastleigh. When I collected my glasses, the frames were damaged, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff were unprofessional and dismissive. One staff member acted as if he didn’t want to be there, and the practice manager was incredibly rude, even laughing at me when I expressed difficulty adjusting to the new prescription.

The eye test itself was also done incorrectly, leaving me with glasses that I can’t see properly through. I was offered a retest, but after such poor service, I’ve lost trust in their ability to provide proper care.
The only ppl that were polite and professional were lady at reception desk and Julia.

I expected much better service and quality, but I left frustrated and without the confidence that my eye care was handled properly. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing experience at Specsavers today for my little girl today!
Booked appointment, seen and got her new glasses in no time, great for my very hyperactive autistic child😅. The manager who was on today and the Ophthalmologist who did the eye test, were amazing with my daughter, very grateful and a pleased experience all round.
