Chris was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process; customer trust and ease was met immediately by his calming presence and I was impressed with the clean and modest clinic tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. I was rather apprehensive having my large toenails removed however the necessity of surgery outweighed my fears and Chris’ experience and the above points meant that it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The surgery went efficiently with success. Thorough aftercare advice was given and was also checked in on via WhatsApp the next day. Having now had this much needed
procedure done will hopefully completely change my life and comfort going forward.

Would highly recommend Chris for toe nail surgery. My daughter has autism and anxiety. Got an appointment when suited us. Daughter had the option of gas and air with the injections which greatly helped and set her at ease. Chris was very patient and explained everything he was going to do. I would like to recommend Chris for everybody who is in need of a toenail removal or ingrown toenail surgery. I contacted him via WhatsAp, he was super quick getting back to me and very flexible when I had to change the date of the surgery. I walked into the clinic nervous as I have a little needle phobia, however as soon as I met Chris my worries disappeared. He was calming, patient and explained the whole process very thoroughly.

I was suffering from ingrown toenail for almost 2 years and towards the end the pain was almost unbearable. After the surgery my pain disappeared straight away and thanks to Chris I won't have to feel such a pain ever again. The only thing I regret is that I didn't book the appointment sooner!

The surgery went well and thanks to the detailed instructions Chris gave me, I am recovering quickly. I will forever be greatful for helping me and for turning my fear into a very positive experience!
