Totally satisfied with the service from this surgery, especially the help from doctor Helen, nothing too much trouble, if you want a bad experience with a surgery try Denaby Main!!! You would have something to complain about!!!!

I have type 1 diabetes so medication keeps me alive yet for some reason this go keeps removing my medication that keeps me alive. So I keep going I’ll because they can’t do the job right. The gp works from home witch is mind blowing, don’t they need to see patients? And the receptionist talk about each other but not in a nice way and in front of patients

Without a doubt the worst GP I’ve ever had, extremely rude female doctor. I had a chest infection and had struggled with my breathing for several days, the words that left her mouth were “well what do you want me to do?”!!! I was absolutely shocked. Eventually she gave me antibiotics and I was fine the next day, however I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behaviour in my life from a doctor.

I have to register with JP, I’m still choosing. I have a question: who has had a negative experience visiting a doctor, why can’t the state pay attention to the fact that the service and reviews here are terrible and cannot influence? Why are these people still “providing help”?

Absolutely garbage service! The nurses I cannot fault, they do a tremendous job and always give 100%. However the doctors do nothing! I haven't been able to get an appointment since before 2020 and the only appointment I did get was via telephone when the doctor asked me what she should do after I'd explained my issue! Bring back doctor Choudry. He was fabulous! I try to order my prescription online as expected but the med isn't even logged on there in spite of it needing to be a repeat prescription. I phone up, get put into a queue and then get hung up on before I can speak to anyone! Seriously, the standards at this place are nonexistent. If I performed as poorly I'd be dismissed or worse!

Absolutely horrendous service. Had blood test results for an 11 month old for 6 days and not bothered to look at them despite us going into the surgery and ringing everyday! Want to see a manager, no sorry you can't do that.
Can never get an appointment, in the very rare occasion after ringing for 6 days you do get an appointment, it gets cancelled, never have any drs in the surgery. Certainly be moving surgeries very soon!!

I would have given 0 stars but it does not let you. I Rang 63 times this morning from 8am for an appointment, 1/63 times I was placed in a queue for 9 minutes and then cut off. 61/63 times it said the line was busy and cut me off. 1/63 times I was put through after being on hold for 4 minutes. I was then informed during this call that there were no appointments left for today and I had to ring again tomorrow or go down to Lloyds pharmacy as there was nothing that can be done, this was all before 8.29 this morning!! Unbelievable!! When I went to Lloyds they said my daughters condition meant she had to see a doctor and gave me a number for Doncaster Day clinic. I am aware that we are in difficult times but I would not have persisted with the telephone calls if it was not urgent!! Disgraceful service from this practice, the practice Manager needs to be replaced if these are the processes she thinks are acceptable!!

Never able to get appointments secretary acts a a screening process to find any way possible to decline an appointment even if hospitals have told you that it's imperative to see your gp. Doctor hasn't been doing any physical examinations for months maybe years now only phone diagnosis, may as well google the symptoms. You'll be dead before they see you
