Avoid this company at all costs! They said they would call for a doctor for my mum, she was clearly not well, she had severe stomach pains, the carer simply went off her shift, did not call for a doctor and she did not return for the evening call either, the carer who went the next day did the same, took no action, my mum died 4 days later of sepsis, she was sent to hospital too late. Clearly negligence on Embrace's behalf!

Embrace healthcare supported my dad through his difficult times. Due to us moving to new location it was sad to leave embrace healthcare. I would like to thank all the staffs that supported and helped my dad. My words can’t express how grateful I am. We can’t find another healthcare provider that shows the best care for our dad. Thank you embrace healthcare.
