Really thankful to this clinic.
I arranged an appointment on the day of. Saw the doctor immediately at the time booked and was there for 2.5-3hrs including initial check, consultation and blood tests. Which if you ask me, was reasonably fast.

They treat their patients well, covered all bases in my treatment plan and genuinely made sure I was alright before leaving. They also did a follow up call (mainly for the blood test) and gave me an extra prescription at no extra cost. It helped me get all the medication I needed and has helped me fix some other long term issues the blood test revealed. Hence why I say, they definitely cover all bases.

The clinic itself is also really clean, a comfortable environment, and the nurses and reception staff are approachable and helpful. The doctor was really sweet and supportive as well!

I got lucky to find the clinic which I can’t recommend enough. The staff is so helpful and friendly, our lovely doctor Ece Aslan Sule who is taking care of my two small kids is just amazing, knowledgeable and super nice. I strongly recommend visiting the clinic where you will be able to find almost all services. I am using the app Medstar which also gives you a discount when booking via it.

It's a great clinic in every way. From the appointment process to the examination and even the post-examination support, it is an excellent clinic that makes the patient comfortable and makes things easier for them. We have been going to see Ece Aslan, my son's pediatrician, for two years and the whole Medstar family, especially Ece Aslan, has always been with us with their constant support, knowledge and experience. I went to the clinic for a full check-up, and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Dr. Yelda and Dr. Mehtap were both very attentive and kind. Additionally, nurse Aliye was the friendliest and coolest nurse I’ve ever seen. I definitely recommend this clinic.

An amazing clinic, friendly staff and great service

Our baby son’s doctor is Ece, and we are extremely happy with her and her presence granted us much peace of mind.

She is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Exactly like how a baby’s doctor should be.

In addition, Dr. Gokhan Guvener did the control examination (my baby had ear infection), he was also very interested and both doctors gave us explanations and answered our questions.
