Dr Sami was exceptional, unlike the many doctors I’d seen before he explained everything in great detail and most importantly didn’t just pull a diagnosis out of thin air, he explained the steps we would take and was purely test/evidence based (which you would hope is true for all doctors but unfortunately not…).

The nursing staff were absolutely fantastic also and made me feel comfortable throughout, big thank you to Nurses Edwards, Joy and Roma in particular, keep up the amazing work!

I was suffering from many symptoms which landed me in A&E 6 times over the course of 3 months. Dr.Sami diagnosed and treated the root cause in a short time frame. I received the most professional treatment from him, and would highly recommend anyone with gastric issues to seek him out. He is very kind and truly cares about his patients. I only wish I had consulted him sooner. I would also like to thank Blue at reception and the nurses, who were all exceptional. MA

Great doctors, terrible processes. It takes months to receive blood test results. A doctor wanted to make a referral for me and it’s been three months with no one getting in touch with me about it. If your issue can be solved by taking to someone competent once, this is a great place; but it’s a waste of time and huge opportunity cost if you require tests/follow-ups. I regret going here.

Booked several weeks in advance to see a doctor, gave my AXA policy and claims number which was accepted. Had a short notice cancellation stating they don't accept AXA. Now I'm at the back of the queue for another hospital. Would have been quicker on NHS

I had the platinum level health screening spread over three days. The service, professionalism and communications met all my expectations. Dr Sami completed the colonoscopy and endoscopy and his manner and professionalism were exemplary. No problem recommending this facility to anyone needing healthcare. All medical and administrative support staff were extremely supportive and friendly.
