I was sceptical about the new Klinic booking online but it's been great. Appointments are easier to get less running back and forth ..so easy to get help when needed now.
Staff at surgery are friendly and polite much better now there's a service in place. Well done all x

Really impressed with the new Klinik system for booking appointments. My husband was seen on the same day as an urgent appointment. I was seen in 2 days time as a non-urgent. My GP was lovely. She took time to listen and explain everything. She looked into my past record with care and gave great advice. Very satisfied

I’ve had consultations with the Physiotherapist Tahira Batool and followed her instructions and exercises and it has been fantastic, all my pain and aches are substantially better. It’s great that I did not have to wait months and months for a hospital appointment.

Like all GPs in the country, getting an appt or call back is horrendous. Not the friendliest of staff. They rarely follow up. With test results and so you have to call and wait forever for someone to pick up the phone.

Visited the walk in clinic for flu and covid jabs. Very efficient. Took no more than 5 minutes.

Obvious lack of care. I saw a GP this morning, she had no idea whatsoever about my history, and even asked me what tablets I take (what is the screen in front of her for again?). And this far from the first time.
I once complained and had the surgery manager call me to actually laugh at me on the phone! I was quite vulnerable at the time, and will never forget that episode.
There is no option to reply to text messages from the surgery, and no option to email. Obviously, you can ring (good luck) and leave a message to the doctor you want to reply to, but honestly, pointless as the communication is so poor.
The NHS is not free (well not for everybody anyway). The deductions on my payslip are definitely a clear proof of it. A better service should therefore be provided.
I've had it with them now, and registered at another surgery.

Worst GP ever in all of UK.
I had lot of bad experiences with them.

01} they been cancelling my Physo appointment for last 1 month now.
02} they messed up the x-ray referral form for my wife where she was in really bad back pain.

PLESAE AVOID THIS GP especially if you have a baby and old people

I cannot fault the surgery from the reception staff to the doctors. I have had to visit a few times in the last few months and have recieved nothing but a great service from all, appropriate referrals made and an urgent appointment when required - thankyou to all
