I would like to say massive thanks to one of the lady doctor that response quickly to our little son health condition,you called ambulance in minutes,make fast decision you save our son life! Our son starts from fever on Sat 13th April 19,on Sunday 14th he become unwell so we called 111 service,which quickly give us appt at Knowle West. Over there my son got oxygen/salbutamol and lady called ambulance in very short time "you lady" react so quickly. Ofcourse we stayed in BRI hospital for 9 days until he fully recovery but becouse of you react so quickly he is alive. He has metapneumovirus as well as sepsis?. Well done to all staff for beeing so polite,suportive...very difficult time and experience but I do hope he will be fine. I do apologise I dont remember the lady doctor name. But appt was 16:15 14.04.2019 God bless?

Very impressed with the out of hours doctors' service here. Reception staff were caring and efficient and the doctor extremely thorough, taking time to explain things in detail and carry out numerous tests.

You drive all the way over there only to discover they haven't been a walk in centre for 6 YEARS. FGS sort your website out please

Cant fault this health centre, had to take my son here on sunday evening to check out a injury as my health centre in yate was closed as normal.

Night shift manager showed no compassion and was laughing at my friend who was in a vunrable state. Doctor cared however.

Got my diabetic flu jabs here and some other things yet I don't go here anymore I miss the wonderful staff.
