Rang to book an appointment, informed the next available date over two weeks away. What's the point in trying to see a doctor with a health concern if you cannot see them on the day. When speaking with receptionist, they didn't ask about what I wanted to see the doctor about. They are great people at the surgery, but really two weeks wait to be seen.

First time I rang the GP, at second ring someone picked, they say first impressions matters, I was impressed. Then I was able to get an appointment same day, though it was for new patient health checks , lady on the phone was nice and friendly,.They are all nice and friendly there. Helped me with my prescription and pharmacy and the online access request. Have no concern whatsoever.

My first appointment with the practice since joining and so far I’m pleased with the ease of things. The reception staff were friendly and the nursing staff made me feel comfortable. I have recently changed supplier for my ostomy supplies and the practice have gotten this sorted within a 24 hour turn around. As someone with chronic illness it’s important to be able to get my scripts and apply sorted promptly and so far I have no complaints. (Fingers crossed!)

Came for an ear syringe ahead of scheduled appointment at Practice request. Saw Chris (Practice Nurse) Appointment was running late but these are busy people. Dealt with as always in a very professional manner. Was due to have flu jab next Monday and that was also done to save me coming back in 2 days. Very proactive. Reception staff as always accessable, helpful & friendly.

Rang on Friday for an appointment for my blood pressure and was given an appointment for Tuesday. Only waited about 1 minutes for my call to be answered. New prescription sent same day. My appointment was 9.20 and I didn't go in until 9.50am, but I know things happen that can delay an appointment. The paramedic I saw was lovely.

Moved to this GP practice a couple of months ago. Really good practice, so much better than what we were used to. Helpful and friendly staff on reception, great nurse team, and doctors who see you when you need to be seen.
