My baby and I loved Claire’s baby massage course so much that we booked on twice in a row. We’ve been to loads of baby classes but this one was my favorite by a mile. Claire’s got a real gift for what she does, her warmth and expertise creates an environment for mums to come and connect with their babies and each other that is unmatched, and feels almost magical.

Me and my little girl have just finished our 5 week baby massage course with Claire at the mama wellness studio- highly recommend it to all new Mamas on the Wirral! With a small, intimate class size and the calming, safe environment Claire creates we had the most wonderful time each week. Me and my baby girl have just completed a 5 weeks course Mama Nurture and Baby Massage with Claire. It’s sad it ended so soon, it was a wonderful term. Today at the graduation massage we got to make beautiful teething necklace, absolutely lovely and writing a letter to ourselves through the eyes of our little one was a bit emotional and meaningful. I couldn’t recommend Mama wellness enough for the fantastic baby massage techniques and tips to sooth baby as well as encouraging mama to self care. I love the calmness and peaceful vibes in the studio and the essential oil fragrance the moment you stepped into the studio, it gives me the Instant zen. If you are looking to have quality bonding time with your little one, And also a relaxing time for yourself, Mama wellness is the place to go, Claire is amazing. We loved it that much we even booked for the baby yoga class and Moo music for the next term.

Me and my daughter just completed a 5 week baby massage course and all I can say is we will miss it so much. Claire is an amazing teacher. The studio space is so warm and welcoming. I have learnt so much about being a Mum, I have also learnt so much about my little girl as well. It is a true safe space and it is so much more than just a baby class because Claire truly cares and helps you navigate the new nerve-wracking time that is becoming a mum. It was something I looked forward to every week and could never recommend enough. We have already booked a different class she does. Thank you so much again Claire xx

Claire is a wonderful facilitator of such calming and nurturing classes not just for baby, but for the mama as well. I have just finished the baby massage course and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only do you learn all about how to, and the benefits of, massaging your little one, the classes also focus on looking after yourself as the mama and really bonding with baba. The studio is such a calming, relaxing and welcoming space and Claire is just simply lovely and instantly makes you feel at ease! I only wish it lasted longer than five weeks, and can't wait for the other classes that we have signed up for!

My daughter and I have just completed a 5 week baby massage course and have loved every minute of it. My baby girl really enjoyed the massage techniques and we have now implemented these as part of our bedtime routine, with the added bonus of a better sleep! The course is equally about making time for yourself as a new mum, something which can be hard to do. This time every week has been so precious for nurturing both Mum and baby, I would thoroughly recommend Claire and The Mama Wellness Studio to anyone wanting to learn baby massage whilst having some relaxing time for you too

My 7 month baby boy and I have just completed the 5 week course with Claire.
Claire is such a fabulous facilitator, her warmth and passion radiates through during the class. Each class offers a safe haven for mums and babies to relax. Thank you so much for providing this much needed class.. it's so much more than just a baby massage session.
