Booked a 60min Sports Back Massage at short notice after injury in the gym in the morning. Called in the morning and Monika managed to slot me in by lunch time. I was greeted at the door & welcomed inside, quick intro and onto the massage. Monika checked what pressure I was happy with before and during the treatment and within a couple of hours the pain I had experienced was gone and everything else was feeling relaxed and revitalised! Would be happy to come back for many more sessions!

Monika is a very professional and friendly massage therapist who takes the time to listen and understand your issues. I visited her with lower back pain and front shoulder pain and she focused on these areas and worked out whatever knots or tension I had. She diligently ensures the pressure she applies is ok. After the massage she took the time to show me some stretches to do at home which was helpful. I would highly recommend her treatments and will definitely return.

Amazing. I strongly recommend Monika. I didn't have a massage in years. But my back was so painful. I went to see Monika. She didn't rush me, took time to explain lots of things, she has lots of knowledge. Also she points out the problems as she spots them, during the massage. She got to the deepest most hidden knots. Very thorough and informative. At the end of the massage she went through a few stretch exercises with me, which is also very helpful. I will definitely return.

Monika is a professional and friendly therapist and I have been fortunate to have had a few of her treatments so far. Her full-body massage is wonderful, and she literally hits all the spots! After suffering with a really sore neck for a while I visited Monika from MA Massage Therapy. She identified that the pain was caused by muscle knots in my shoulders. She was such a compassionate woman that really put me at ease as it was my first massage. She performed a deep tissue massage and I can’t believe how much better I felt by the next day. She gave me some exercises to do at home too. I would highly recommend Monika and will definitely be returning.

I’ve had many sports massages and Monika ranks very high. I have found her to be excellent, very thorough, great pressure and knowledge. I do highly recommend to anyone. Monika has also done body relaxation with my wife, who was also extremely impressed.
