We have been really impressed with the both the initial assessment and ongoing care provided to my Father by Loving Angels. They take time to get to understand both their clients and their families needs. Very responsive to all requests and peace of mind they will also phone during a visit if there are any issues to be raised. Very punctual and reliable as well. Thank you Loving Angels ?

Just don’t. They will lie about attending an at home assessment when they haven’t shown up to deal with someone now bed bound. Won’t do what you have asked of them. You don’t even get what you pay for, it’s such a shame the hospitals advise of them, they should be taken off the list. You’re best to spend ever so slightly more and get a lot better care elsewhere for yourself/ for relatives.

Regularly ignores requests from customers, such as asking them to NOT do something, but they do it anyway, and e-mail correspondence is pretty much non existent as 95% of the time, you don’t recieve a reply.

I have enjoyed most the hospitality and friendliness of the Managers and employeees. Loving Angels Care has showed me that caring for people shold not only be a job but also an act of voluntarism and compassion. They have love and respect for all clients and employees. I would definitely recomend LAC to anyone I can meet.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY
They are extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and made our situation a whole lot worse.
They speak to clients in an aggressive and unkind manner and the way they treat their carers is shocking.
