At 77 I have found the online patient access impossible to manage. I’ve tried three times. I get so far with password etc, then it wants me to download an app, another layer of security I understand. Very difficult for me. No help.
The practice is supposed to open at 7.30 this Wednesday morning; it isn’t.
I’m feeling concerned, ill, and stupid. The hurdles are too many for me.

Good surgery-new online booking system and the availability to see Doctors is really poor. By the time the kids get to see a Doctor it’s 4-5 days and they’ve had to suffer, and get better one their own, or suffered health events that result in hospital attendance.

Although the surgery is a good practice, the new online form to get triaged is an absolute user nightmare and terrible. Shockingly bad user experience, long-winded, difficlut to access for anyone who was elderly, sight impaired or struggling with any type of illness where concentrating on a screen for 30 minutes would be uncomfortable. Just absolute crap and a sign of times where care and resources are stretched.

We've just joined this surgery having moved house and had a great experience so far - kind and attentive staff, prompt responses, I was seen the same day and the GP listened to me - I'm very impressed so far, thank you. Also in a beautiful location next to the river!

Great surgery, but i am absolutely gutted you can’t phone the gp to book an appointment as it is all online now (and it isn’t easy.)
I just really feel sorry for those who don’t have access to the internet, and i know this has really affected my grandparents.

I live 95 miles away from this surgery. Today I received a text message informing me of information of a patient. I am not any patient with this GP surgery and have no business receiving said information. I called the GP to inform them and the lady did say this would be sent to the manager. However this lady did not seem overly concerned. Please be careful if you're a patient with these people. Your information could end up with anyone. Luckily for the lady whose data was breached, I'm not someone of concern and did raise this. But you don't know who could be receiving private data and what they could be doing with it.
