LG pharmacy finneston is the nearest pharmacy to me . There has been issues multiple of times where they have been give me wrong medication and the staff was very very rude to me . It seems to me as telling a 10yr old child off .
Dear LG staff U get paid for ur job. You dont work voluntarily. So have some decency to speak with manners . Dont forget someone will do it to you some day. Wat goes around comes around. Dont recommend this pharmacy to anyone else

A tourist who forgot to pack two of his key medications🤦🏻‍♂️, upon reading the good review here, I went to LG Pharmacy with my home country doctor’s prescription.

As expected, they couldn’t accept the prescription unless it is from a local Scotland’s doctor.

Nevertheless, Ali, the LG’s pharmacist who looked after me, had called ahead a medical centre for a doctor to help me getting the prescription and also he referred me to another pharmacy to get both medicines. All this without me buying anything from his pharmacy 😅👍.

I am very grateful to his extra miles of help and a good review is all I can do. If I am a resident here, surely I would frequented LG Pharmacy just because the great staff there!

Now I am enjoying my holiday without worrying about my bouts of illness 😃. Thanks Ali of LG Pharmacy.👍

I had ran out of my diabetes medication due to my forgetfulness. LG pharmacy was able to get me a prescription from my surgery the same day and delivered it out that same day. The girl I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and couldn’t have been nicer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

My dad suffers from Fybromialgia,insomnia and arthritis. He lives alone and has no routine becuz of his health problems. LG pharmacy finneston is his nearest pharmacy. There has been issues acouple of times where they have been unable to deliver because of him sleeping. Regardless of this pharmacy knowing what his meds are, and what thy are taken for. He called them today and the staff was very very rude to him. It seems to me as if you dont have elderly in your family that you dont have manners to speak to an elderly person regardless of knowing his multiple illnessess it was like she was telling a 10yr old child off. I am going to take this further now and put a complain down to the Health board. And will b giving a call myself to this pharmacy tomorrow. Zolpidem is a zombie classed drug my dad takes it because of his insomnia morphine for his pains and it take him 2 hrs to get out of bed. Its a shame, rather than advicing him an alternative she got rude with him. Dear LG staff U get paid for ur job. You dont work voluntarily. So have some decency to speak with manners with the elderly. Dont forget u will b old one day aswell. Someone will do it to you some day. Wat goes around comes around. But i will make sure i deal with them properly tomorrow cuz i am not having anyone speak to my dad like that.

Popped in today as iv suddenly had an issue with my skin. Due to covid restrictions it was 2 people in the store at a time which I think is great safety messures for customers and staff during the pandemic. As I stood outside waiting my anxiety started to get the better of me and I was tempted to just not bother, however when I entered the staff were lovely and put my nerves to ease straight away. The girl who served me was so friendly and went over and above to help me. She got me registered, offered me advice and I left feeling very pleasant and reassured within no time at all.
