Disgusting lack of client care and contact. You can try numerous times to get help from here and everytime CGL make an initial appointment, make all the claims of being there to help support, ongoing appointments and regular phone calls etc. Then within 2 wk they simply disappear no calls, no more appointments nothing. Try to contact them to find out what is going on and you will be told "someone will call you back" which of course they never do..... months later they will send a backdated letter saying if you don't get in touch within 7 days they will close your file, problem is the letter is dated 10 days prior so you're already out of time when you receive it. Shockingly bad and a real shame there is nowhere around here offering similar services only with better standards of course.

Good service considering how over whelmed with clients they are & how u der staffed it seems to be. Hard to contact using main cgl number however my personal experience is mostly positive in emergency situations where you need to contact your worker. There is always the option of having a 2nd workers mobile number which is what has helped me in the past. Particularly Gavin a cgl worker who always seems to get emergency stuff sorted when my worker is away on annual leave. And Shaheen is also very good and fast at dealing with hard situations in my experience

Very easy to get prescription to reduce / eliminate need for substance abuse. Don't expect any help guidance directions support to achieve a result without using.
They never pick up never ring you disrespect you and treat you like a kid. They pretty much make sure you're punished for seeking help and have no care for your recovery

Anyone can fall foul to substance abuse, your son, daughter, mother or brother please remember that..... CGL are a councilling team that can help in your recovery of substance abuse, they are non judgemental and treat everyone as a human being. I have had everything they have to offer even though they are under immense pressure and overwhelming numbers of clients, please use these if you fail foul to any sort of habit.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE, I SAW A DOCTOR AND I'VE ONLY SPOKEN TO MY SUPPORT WORKER ONCE. IVE BEEN ON MY MEDS FOR 30 DAYS NOW. THE ONLY REASON I'M STAYING PUT BECAUSE I SPOKE TO AN AMAZING RECEPTIONIST AND BECAUSE OF HER ADVICE AND SUPPORT I STAYED JUST TO PICK UP MY MEDS. I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I JOINED THIS PLACE THEY WERE TERRIBLE REVIEWS BUT I THOUGHT LET ME TRY MYSELF. LISTEN TO US . WE ARE JUST USED AS CASHPOINT MACHINES. IM EVEN SAYING IT NOW THROUGH EXPERIENCE.
NOBODY RINGS YOU NO SUPPORT NOTHING. GO TO ANOTHER CENTRE FOR SUPPORT AND CARE. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH STAFF WHO CANT COPE WITH THE WORKLOAD, STOP TAKING ON MORE CLIENTS THEN. ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT, BECAUSE YOU GET ZERO ZERO SUPPORT FROM THIS PLACE....PLEASE DON'T REPLY AND APOLOGIZE MANAGEMENT BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL WELL AWARE OF THIS SITUATION...

too many repeat users. why is my tax being wasted on it. absolute joke of a place. take the tax money and offer a poor minimal service when they "eventually" get around to seeing u. i think its a money take nothing more

If you want real help with your situation then I would look for another service! The workers here have no clue or experience in working with people with the sort of need they want or should receive. I find this service a joke!

Too much waiting about, you go particularly for your script and even after seeing your prescriber the waiting time to actually receive your prescription and leave the premises is jus a complete joke
