After my recovery of a broken wrist, my hand and wrist still felt very stiff. Certain movements were still difficult even after physio. Initially Lesley worked on my hand loosen up the tight muscles and tendons, but also recognised that work was needed and my forearm, upper arm neck and shoulder which had also become tight and stiff due to limited movement when I had my injury.
Movement, flexibility, and tightness have improved so much, and I can now do things that I couldn't do before.
Lesley is friendly, knowledgable, and professional. She is certainly very good at what she does and always offers help and advice. Lesley also offers other treatments such as cupping, Indian head massage, which is included in the price as part of the whole treatment. Excellent!

Fist class service, wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Lesley took the time to understand the issues I was having and as well as very effective treatments and massage has given me guidance on how to help myself at home to prevent future problems. I've noticed such a difference to my posture and movement since I started seeing Lesley and it's made a real difference to my life. I'm able to book regular appointments with her to suit my availability and in my opinion she offers excellent value for money and I've never felt anything other than comfortable during any of my sessions. I've not a bad word to say!

I've been going to Lesley Lattimer for sports massages for some time now,. She is professional, approachable and helps you find ways to help yourself. Looks after you, and finds where the issues are likely to be. Gave me acupuncture on my calves, and that was a revelation, me being a bit of a needlephobe.
I'm a runner, her therapies and nutritional advice have helped overcome some of the niggles I experience.
I would recommend Lesley for anyone who needs deep tissue massages for anyone needing sports therapy.
