These guys have been really helpful to me the past couple of weeks, they squeezed me in for some tests and did their best to accommodate me. The GP and Nurses I saw were great and put me at ease. The only gripe I have is the desk isn't super private when you are talking to the reception team because of the perspex screens but that isn't their fault to be fair.

I like this Surgery. The reason why I didn't give a 5 star was because one of receptionist was grumpy and had a kind a rude response to my politely question when I came to reception and asked if was everything good with my wifes booking.
She was booked for 9am and it was 9:20 and we saw many people check in after us and been attended before, so I decided to ask reception, calm and in a politely way.
The receptionist said to me: welcome to NHS (kind of here's not a private Heath). How do you work in a place where you are not proud of?
There was too receptionist, one with a beautiful smile and
this grumpy one... Next time I'll see the receptionist face before I ask or say anything. In general it's all about customer service. GP is great.

I'm surprised to see some of the negative reviews, though I can understand how the booking system might frustrate people at times. I've been coming to this practice since 2019, and I've always been impressed with the care, the environment, and especially the team—from doctors to receptionists. Compared to other practices in Crawley, this one stands out as one of the best. It’s consistently spotless, the staff are polite, and the doctors are attentive, helpful, and committed to following up with patients for feedback. The only reason I haven't rated LCS five stars is the booking system. The phone service is limited, and I’d love to see an improved online booking system with a calendar view showing doctor availability up to six months in advance.

I have been going to them since 2008 and over the years the quality of care has dropped to the point of neglect. They only have appointments at 8:30 on the dot when I am working/unable to call them and when you try to use the online form no matter what time of day you get the same come back tomorrow message. Add to that when you request medication they tell you, you need a review only to tell you they have no appointments available and will not renew the medication. I had to go private in the end at £150 at my own expense to get my medication renewed. It's obvious they have taken on too many patients in the name of profit. I recommend getting private healthcare to anyone who is able to afford it as you need to look after yourself.

Generally a very good practice and very helpful receptionists and staff. Reason for three star is that occasionally your left hanging the majority of the day when your waiting to be seen and have an appointment about something urgent.
