Long waiting times for appointments and receptionists unhelpful/uninterested.
Hold times on the phone are very long, better off going in person and trying to arrange yourself.
The doctor I see is very helpful and pleasant, however.

Awful, uncaring approach from a practice I will be leaving immediately. Sign up here if you want your concerns ignored, incredibly long wait times, delayed and inadequate treatment, and texts to inform you of major changes in your medical care.

I had a friend who got his whole Skull opened by an incident on campus. They made him wait 5h, asked him to pay first when he was barely conscious. Then proceeded to put a small bandage and told to wait some more. Thankfully, another of my friend forced them to do something.
What a sad place to be, I hope I will never have to call for their help....

Absolutely fed up with this practice. Takes me on average of 7 phone calls to get a routine appointment, staff on the phone generally unhelpful. It's a shame because I have a great doctor there but am going to move practices because it's outrageous that no-one picks up the phone. All in all causes me great stress to get an appointment here, I've had late doctors appointments resulting in late prescriptions as I've been unable to book it in in time, mostly because no-one answers the phone when I call during my breaks at work. Really hope this gets sorted out because it's so unprofessional.

really bad health care practice, they don’t care your issue. Only want to delay your appointment and they have more time for chill.

Unacceptable levels of wait times on the phone, unacceptable wait times to get a call back to book an appointment, unacceptable levels of wait times for the appointment. The GPs are great, when you finally get to see one!

Absolutely atrocious service. Waiting times to book any kind of appointment (phone or in person), are far to long. I always have to wait over a week or two for a phone call, just to simply check that my medication is working as it should. They frequently mess up information, for example i recently requested a prescription for my adhd medication, which had been sorted by the adhd clinic, and yet they only prescribed 10mg per day, when im supposed to be on 100mg. The reception staff are unhelpful, and most of the time dont seem to know what they are doing. The GP i try to see there is nice, and reasonably helpful, but thats about the only redeeming thing.

In summary its one of the worst expierences I have had so far in terms of medical care. Im seriously considering transfering to my gp back home in kent, even if it means i wont be anywhere near there most of the year, because at least there i can get a phone call within a day or two, not a week or two.

Since they merged all the local practices and set up a new computer system nothing works! It takes an age for the phone to be answered and at least two weeks before you get an appointment. Service at University should be better for students and staff.
