Absolutely appalling care company, they left a vulnerable old man who is unable to move by himself (due to a stroke) in bed all day as one of the carers refused to enter his home, no help at all in trying to source an emergency replacement its just been left to his daughter and a family friend from ANOTHER BATH BASED CARE COMPANY and now they have handed a 28 day notice in which they will terminate all care for him without the common decency of waiting for another replacement care company to be sourced first. Do not use this company as they are completely incompetent and clearly take on more clients than they have carers to cover the work!

Kumari Care is outstanding! They have provided a wonderful professional and compassionate live-in carer who is supporting my mum through huge difficulties following a major stroke. Kumari couldn't be more supportive and impressed me by really wanting to know as much as possible about my mum and her care requirements as well as finding out about her personality, likes/dislikes so as to find the best fit possible. They couldn't have found a better fit which is amazing considering the current pandemic crises. Liz

They regularly don't turn up. They left someone for days because they were in isolation. If they didn't have the skills or PPE equipment they should of reported this to the family and council to make other arrangements.
