Me & my daughters attended a Sound Bath meditation at The Soul Spa during our visit to Bath. It was fantastic. Hugely relaxing, we all enjoyed it & from the start it was very clearly explained what to expect (we’d never done a sound Bath mediation before). I wound thoroughly recommend it if you live locally or like us were visiting & wanted to take some time out from sight seeing to enjoy some guided relaxation.

What a glorious experience! Our sound bath was so relaxing, and Sarah’s guidance just perfect. My friend and I hadn’t done one before and we both really loved it. It felt like about 10 mins, not 30! Would definitely return when I’m next in Bath.

The sound bath was a glorious experience for 8 very close friends to share, and we all felt safe and held throughout. Thank you Sarah, for a magical half hour of calm, tranquility and beautiful sounds that was greatly needed and appreciated 💕

It was my first time experiencing a sound bath and I really enjoyed it. Felt more relaxed after and slept through the night which is quite rare for me.

Excellent Sound Bath experience. I usually suffer from a lot of “mental chatter” when trying to relax and enjoy other therapies such as massage or meditation, however I found myself quickly switching off and drifting off into a state of relaxation I don’t think I’ve ever managed before. It was fantastic! Highly recommend.

I am interviewing Madeline who runs The Soul Spa on Radio Bath on Thursday 14th November 2024. I wanted to experience The Soul Spa and Madeline very kindly invited me along. I went not knowing what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised. Madeline and Grace were lovely and very welcoming. It was an incredibly relaxing experience, that took me into myself and not being ashamed, I found it drew out emotions from within from past trauma, plus I fell into a semi sleep about five times. I felt incredibly relaxed at the end of the session and into the evening. I would highly recommend The Soul Spa and will be arranging for friends to go as well. Many thanks. Charlotte

My husband bought us a private sound bath and breathwork session at the Soul Spa and it was a wonderful experience and deeply relaxing. We felt like we were floating! The room was warm, the chairs were comfortable and I felt so safe and calm. I would recommend it!
