Always delayed or cancelling due to a variety of excuses: strikes, no doctors, etc etc.
Delayed: doublebook you and you get no preview of what your fate will be. Awful. A complete disgrace!
Booked at 9 am exactly to be the first one due to job obligations. At 9 :10 I’m still waiting; 6 people have been called and I’m still being held. Will have to cancel due to work obligations. My doctor already here but not calling me. An utter disrespect to patients.

Cardiology were superb. Amazing treatment , staff and great care in recovery after my ablation. Overnight on the medical ward not so good, but all in all I am incredibly grateful. My life has changed for the better .

I have always been treated well and respected by the staff, Doctors and Nurses including all Medical Practitioners and NHS Employees.

Kings College Hospital is my second home due to MS. This for me is a challenge to navigate as my mobility declines quicker than I am prepared for and it’s permanently impossible to reverse and there is no cure…. (Booo)
So what do we do? We carry on as best we can and make life as good while we have Life! We take pictures through the pain and make these google reviews that may help others!!!

This also helps me to be honest with myself and open about the difficulties I face on a daily basis - most of my reviews do not show my true pain or walking aids, roller or walking sticks.

I had a quiet year with reviews due to being housebound, unmotivated, crippled in pain & unable to get up and about…simple!

Life Is Ok…. please Enjoy!

Outstanding nurses on the trundle ward - Bobbie and Windy in particular but everyone was so friendly caring and helpful. Admitted to A&E Tuesday morning, admitted to a bed in trundle ward by the evening, operated Wednesday afternoon, home Thursday early evening. All in all very quick, super happy with the service, I am sure not all hospitals are as good.

My partner gave birth to our beautiful little daughter here and the care was fantastic. The midwife team were so patient and caring throughout her labour and the aftercare was brilliant also. Thank you to all the staff on the Golden jubilee unit for their excellent work

I have breast cancer. My care has been excellent.

Reading the reviews on here it is clear that people do not understand, or choose to ignore what A+E is for. It's not for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING it's for ACCIDENTS AND EMERGENCIES. I am not sure when wax in your ear could be considered an emergency. The good reviews seem to be from people with actual medical needs, the poor ones from people who didn't need to be there in the first place.

My Dad who has dementia was taken here after being found on a bus at 3am. Such a caring team they are. They dis everything they could for him and took quite a liking to him. Although it was a distressing day for me he left smiling which eased my anxiety a lot. Thank you to all the beautiful doctors and nurses in the majors unit and A&E. God bless you 💛

I had a suspected heart attack when I had to call for an ambulance. The service I received from ambulance to a&e. Was amazing. Caring and understanding. I think the hospital should have a donation box so I and others can leave a bit extra for the staff
