I am so shocked to see all the negative reviews of this practice. I have been with them for 24 year and have had outstanding service throughout, as have my children and husband. Calling in the morning to get an appointment can be a pain. However, you need to do this with most GP surgeries and it is now so much easier with the call-back service - and if you call early you are pretty much guaranteed an appointment that day. Having additional support services like physio-therapy is amazing. I have moved out of the area and can no no longer use this surgery and I am devastated - the new local surgery to me is nothing like the quality and care of Stamford Hill.

I am astounded by some of the other reviews I've read here for this Practice. These are extremely experienced, highly professional and massively caring pro-active experts whom I've had the humble honour to look after me for almost 30 years since I moved to London. Just this week, the care they have shown for me and my partner has been outstanding and we both feel much better and much more confident for the future for it.
We all get stressed at times. We all get upset. But don't take it out on the people who are trying to help you and care for you. Some of the behaviours I've witnessed at Reception by patients towards the staff team has been truly abhorrent.
You should never bite the hand that feeds you. And neither should you bite the hand that cares for you.

This place - my parents GP-needs improvement. Their phone line is nearly non existent. I remember waiting for hours and once they answer thelr line is terrible I am basically shouting to make myself heard. The GP has not approved the medications which was given last Tuesday so had to ring them today (Monday) to get this done. I have to make another visit to the pharmacy. They also do not have complaints form.

This is a really supportive, efficient and caring surgery!

My Dr is amazing and always very supportive with my care needs, as are the other Drs in this surgery.

The reception team are polite and friendly and manage the day to day busy activities really well.

Clean and well maintained surgery.

With additional services offered to patients either onsite or elsewhere. In my opinion one of the best surgeries in the area.

Excellent service from all doctors, nurse and reception staff
I’ve been with the surgery for over 40 years
And I have never experienced any form of rudeness from staff!! Actually quite the opposite
Reception are always very helpful, great listeners and will do there very best to help you

Stamford hill group practice is brilliant the docters and nurses and therapists are amazing I've been up north for 7 months now and due to return to re-register with my practice who listens and is not dismissive. Since covid the booking system has changed and there is a wait on the phone to book an appointment which I found got better but needs a bit of tweaking here and there other than that no complaints can't wait to get back with my son and daughter and cheyenne as she misses her Docter which is docter Barker

I have been a patient of this practice for many years, currently registered with Dr. Liam Barker, who is consistently supportive helpful and offered me exemplary care. I have always found the practitioners really attentive and caring.
In the last week I have received a routine Flu jab, arranged with no fuss, and the nurse kindly arranged an appointment within 3 days, with the practice's Physiotherapist, Freddie Mathews. Though a minor concern Freddie offered me time, carefully examined my issue(s) offered really helpful advice and offered me exercises to manage my issue going forward.
Thank you Freddie ! and Thank you, too, to all the excellent staff from receptionists,who I have always found helpful through to the Partners, who, over the years have steadily and positively developed this practice in to the multi-disciplinary service it is today.
