I found the Kinetik Inner Ear Thermometer ET-100A not as I would have liked. It seems a bit flimsy and cheaply made. Installing the batteries in the battery compartment proved a task as one of the contact spring bent and was not making a good contact. Still cant get the two bleeps when taking my temperature I'm I doing something wrong. Furthermore I wanted the hard Probe Cover thermometer but these are soft and not what I really prefer.

We purchased a Kinetik Blood Pressure Monitor because my wife was asked by our GP to monitor her BP daily. Unfortunately the monitor we purchased had a fault which was not immediately obvious but when I contacted Lauren at Kinetik Customer Care she couldn't have been more helpful. Lauren requested we return our monitor for testing which did prove the fault and replaced our monitor within a week. Our experience with this company and with Lauren was an easy 5 star rating. Lauren was professional, knowledgeable, clear and concise to understand and friendly. Well done Kinetik and a special thank you to Lauren.

I bought a ET-100D thermometer unit for my little one which started to give me incorrect readings. Upon calling customer care they kept challenging me instead of trying to help.
Eventually when I manage to send the unit back(on my expense) I was told that the unit is fine.
Unreliable product and really poor customer service.
I am never buying Kinetik again.

Excellent device though I lost my instruction book and couldn't work out for the life of me why I couldn't get it to work again. Contacted the company by email and received a reply from Chris. Everything he told me to do I'd done so I called him, all ready and wired up to the device so he could talk me through it step by step. The phone was answered within one minute, by Chris himself. He was very helpful and professional. A great ambassador. Great customer service.

A thoughtful and caring company with a really good customer care advisor. I had problems with a blood pressure monitor and returned it to them, and although it took a little while they confirmed that it was faulty and arranged for a refund, keeping me fully informed throughout the process.

The product is lightweight and a good size.
The thermometer provides a quick response making it so much easier to take an accurate reading of my toddlers temperature.
The display text and backlight makes it easy to read temperatures in the dark.

The personnel and staff at Kinetik are diligent and quick to repurpose themselves to satisfy their customers. I had a defective BP device and they quickly replaced it when it was verified that it was not working. The staff was courteous and worked to resolve my problem.

Exceptionally good standard of customer care. Lauren was brilliant, arranged for me to return faulty tens machine and received a new one less than a week later.
