Paul Marsden and his lovely staff have been looking after me and my family for the last 18 years. I have to say a big thank you to the staff at this dentist. The receptionist for actually accepting and booking me in ,
the young lady ( Miss P. Masters ) and her assistants for the care taken and very friendly experience during my treatment.
I can't fault anything at all , service , attitude and efficiency left me very impressed and grateful.

Margaret the receptionist is lovely and has gone out of her way to help my partner previously but now also myself.
mental health friendly, everyone there was polite and made me feel safe.
The dentist I saw was also very calm and gentle with me

This dental practice is outstanding. I honestly think the previous reviewer is talking about another practice. All the staff are wonderful and Mr Marsden is brilliant with my children. I remember how scared I was of my dentist when I was a child but my children go along quite happily. This is down to the nature of all who work there. They make you feel at ease. Mr Marsden’s work is excellent, he fixed my son’s broken front tooth after an accident at school. If you need to be seen urgently, they will always fit you in, no matter how busy they are. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Have been seeing Paul Marsden for 25 odd years, moved 15 miles away and changed dentists then quickly swapped back!
Paul and his dental nurse Julie are an amazing team, love them both.
And Margaret at reception is just fabulous, a real asset to the practice.

I’ve been a very reluctant patient for years, everyone here is caring and absolutely amazing. Paul has single handily served the Reigate and Banstead community for decades. While everyone else leaves to service those who can pay, This man and his team have been stead fast in the pursuit of patients requiring NHS care. His team get paid by the NHS or receive a now pittance pay for those in need. There’s a very shiny chair ready in heaven for each of the staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I’m finally pain free and my gratitude is unending x
