My overall experience with Kesson was excellent. Easy to book, easy to reschedule bookings and always seen on time.
Luke was excellent in his approach, offering a suggested plan and timeline to alleviate my achilles tendon problem. After a setback in my recovery he adjusted the plan which allowed my to make further progress till I reached my goal which was to run again.
My only regret was that I forgot to book my birthday massage, perhaps next year.

I have had treatments at Kesson over the last 5 or so and I have to say they are excellent. They helped me navigate a partial knee replacement with a physio program to support me before the surgery and incredible supportive rehab post surgery. I’ve visited today as I have a bad shoulder and the thorough examination and diagnosis was so very straightforward and now we have a simple treatment plan that isn’t demanding I visit twice a week. Kesson has such a great team of physios and trainers, in particular Charlie who I always see. I can’t recommend them enough be it for a Pilates class or some serious physio. My only advice is don’t wait until the pain is so bad. Go see them to prevent the problem getting any worse!

I first visited Kesson as a referral for Physio, but I'm so pleased with their service that I haven't left.
I tried a Pilates session and really enjoyed it. The other members of the class are really friendly and so is the instructor-Marta. She differents the class for each individual and is really supportive. I highly recommend it!
