Thank you Dr.Daniel Hammond and a Lovely nurse that saw my Daughter was really unwell and took us straight in. My daughter has ASD and DR was so understanding and helpful. Really made me happy that my daughter also left laughing even though she was unwell.

Took my son in today and we see an amazing doctor. He was super happy friendly. Which made my son smile and giggle when the disappearing cap from his hand appeared behind his ear, he was super anxious and worried and the doctor made him feel so much better and at ease. Shame all doctors aren't like him! 5 ⭐️

The staff there are amazing , namely Rob Bryant. So patient. So professional. My only criticism which is no fault of the unit are the patients. The lack of hygiene and respect for spreading germs is horrendous.

Went to urgent treatment centre with 13yr old son with a head injury we waited around two hrs for someone to see to him but noone did as we decided to leave after asking reception how much longer he had to wait to see someone and was told that they was starting to triage people who had arrived after him because they was closing soon and he still had a few people in front of him we ended up taking him to hospital where he needed 5 stitches for the cut there was a lot of people at the surgery and we understood there would be a wait but as he was a child with obvious head injury with a lot of blood I would of thought he would of been a little bit of a priority we left feeling that noone seemed to care ON A GOOD Note staff that did speak to him were very kind and caring and we have never had anything like this happen in the past when we have visited UTC they have always been very helpful and understanding and delt with any thing prompt I do feel that if people was triaged by someone as soon as they arrive to see if they actually need urgent treatment or not it would help with the waiting time for people that can't wait for a doctor or take over the counter meds to solve there issue

We were greeted by a really welcoming receptionist just can't express how nice it was to be treated with a smile. If only every place could be as nice. Thank you Lauren at reception! The doctor who saw us was really nice too and reassuring. Thank you Matt!

Excellent service, used the self check-in screen to register for a walk-in appointment. Waited around 1hr20, which was very good considering how busy it was. The Dr I saw was very polite, helpful and explained things well. Overall, very, very happy with the service received.
