Doctors’ surgeries get a lot of bad press, Kenmore Medical Centre is an exception so deserve some good feedback.
I have ALWAYS been able to get an appointment (phone call or face to face) every time I have requested one.
I no longer sit in the frustrating 8am phone queue, instead I now submit all my requests using the online form, which can be completed from 6am. I always get a phone call to discuss my requirements.
Very helpful staff and practitioners.

I've moved around a lot and have been registered to my fair share of GPs in that time. Yet, I've never been to a practice where the staff and doctors are so friendly and professional. There was a miserable and judgemental nurse but the reception staff are so wonderful that all is forgiven. Plus, Dr Iredia is incredibly helpful, understanding, friendly and professional - Of course I hope that I will not be back for a long time to come but if I do, then I would ask for Dr Iredia personally.

I’ve been with this practice for a long time, they have always treated me well. I really like their new online system, I fill out a short form and they get back to you really quickly. The last time they sent a prescription to my local pharmacy so I didn’t even have to visit the surgery.

I really love this medical practice. Whenever I call up, I always get an appointment and they are especially good with getting my 1 year old seen straight away! Yesterday I spoke to Dr Ghaffer in the morning. She then saw me immediately, referred me and I had my referral appointment booked by the end of the day!!! I then spoke to the receptionist who sorted out my blood tests immediately (despite me not having much time available!). Brilliant service ? Thank you!

Recently joined this surgery. Their embrace of technology really makes a difference. The ability to describe standard ailments online and receive remote services in a very speedy manner is revolutionary. Well done Kenmore!
