Always been treated well at this practice. Saw a Trainee today Dr Wade, fantastic consultation, professional, listened, patient approach and thorough, took proper history and despite me taking more than one issue to the appointment helped me with everything including an urgent check for something I was worried about, dealt with immediately. Couldn't recommend more.

I went for a dermatology appointment at Handforth Health Centre. From the moment I entered the door, I found the personnel not very helpful. Then, I was taken by a very unpleasant nurse (of Asian origin, I think) to see my dermatologist. She was very moody and stayed with me during the appointment. I came with a mole I was worried about, so the dermatologist suggested checking all my other moles. However, I needed to take off my clothes in front of him without any separate curtains for privacy. The nurse was sitting on a chair next to the door in the meantime during all apointment. I felt really rushed taking my clothes off and throughout the entire appointment. Then, when the dermatologist finished the examination, I wanted to ask a few questions, but after my second question, the nurse opened the door to signal that the appointment was over and I had to leave. I have never experienced anything like that with the NHS or any medical organization anywhere in the world. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

Hi Guys. had my left big toe analyzed and some preliminary work done before being booked an appointment at Congleton Memorial. I just want to say how pleased I was with the young lady who carried out the initial consultation and subsequent work on my toe,she was professional,considerate and very detailed in what she did(unfortunately cannot recall her name) .My toe has now recovered 99per cent thanks to her dedication. Absolutely amazing, can't fault them. Always easy enough to get an appointment, even if it is sometimes a phone consultation. Which I don't mind.

Today’s experience confirms my fifty plus years opinion of the excellence of this practice !! I submitted an appointment request at 11.45, was offered a cancelled appointment for 12.45, was seen face to face and returned home by 1.15 happily reassured. A magnificent team effort to maximise patient access. Thank you.

Handforth team of reception staff and GPs have always been extremely helpful and accommodating. They are quick to respond to queries I have. Thanks for all your hard work.

Such a caring drs always get an appointment whenever I need it. I'm not one to go unless absolutely necessary. But I never have an issue. I've been coming to this surgery for many years. Must be about 30 years and was coming for about 16 years previously with a break in-between

The best GP I have ever been registered at. So easy to get an on the day appointment. The reception staff are all really lovely and friendly (which I find GP receptionist never are!?). Doctors take you seriously and genuinely care.
