I was introduced to KarePlus by my husband while he was working with them. And working with them now myself, I have had no regret as they are extremely professional and organized, Kyle was so nice and friendly, same as all their staff with fantastic communication skills. What I love most is the provision of necessary Training for all Carers, Flexible shifts, steady weekly pay, a free DBS certificate, and a befitting uniform. I took a big chance in leaving my prior job to come work for Kare plus, my interview was so relaxed Iki made me feel so comfortable explained everything to me, and ive never looked back from Iki giving me a chance to prove myself, all the staff are well looked after by management, rates of pay are good, as many or as little hours you want, this company treat every individual like family, the support is second to none, excellent training,from carer to senior to nurse we are all valued staff. Its well worth giving this company a try.
