For the problems I had, I can't fault James McAvoy. Pelvic & foot issues fixed in one appointment. Couldn't raise my right knee above waist height before appointment. Can now lift it up to height of armpit.

Cannot give enough credit to James. He is a miracle worker. My partner and I have both suffered with our backs and James has helped us understand what's gone wrong and fix it without any pain in one session. He's a realist and will be honest if he can't help you.

Jim is absolutely fantastic. He takes the time to listen, then telling you what he thinks could be the problem, often showing you on one of his many models of the body.

Jim will then explain what he sees as the correct treatment, breaking down each part to ensure you understand, and that you're comfortable with the procedure.

I've been to see Jim for a number of issues, and he's been able to give an informed opinion on diagnosis; one issue in particular, he was able to give a diagnosis that various visits to GPs, physio therapists, other osteopaths, and even an MRI were not able to identify, and his ooinion was later confirmed by a surgeon

His examination and assessment is top-rate. He doesn't need flash computers, tablets, cameras and force plates to assess what is the problem and consequently how to fix it. He was a former engineer and had such a great way of delivering information clearly without scientific babble that others in sports medicine speak trying to make themselves look clever. Jim is simply one of the best in what he does.
