It's a chemist, you go when you need to, they are mostly well stocked rarely do I need to go back the following day to have my order completed. Staff are pleasant and helpful

The staff were friendly, and served timely. However, this pharmacist was given to me by 111 for an emergency prescription. I was charged a full prescription fee for 5 tablets. I would have hoped the pharmacy could have used discretion because I was in a situation where I couldn't refuse the 5 tablets. It was an emergency.
I will have to pay another prescription in 5 days for my full tablets. I wouldn't recommend them

WOW! Amaxing customer service. I came here because Boots Bentley Bridge couldn’t provide my medication AGAIN… this time 6 days late … I popped in here on the hope that they might have my meds in stock… and they did… not only provided me with emergency meds but good old fashioned customer service with a smile and sound advice. I honestly will never ever go anywhere else. 5 star all the way.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service on Wednesday 12th Oct when I went in to get something for my major swelling with which I couldn’t even stand. The 3 ladies there were not very understanding, asked me initially to wait 10 minutes for my medication, 20 minutes later
I was then advised another 10 minutes. I wouldn’t mind but it was only standard antibiotics, nothing special. I was in absolutely agony and couldn’t even stand up for a minute.

The ladies just appeared to be chatting amongst themselves there were no other customers.
I was extremely appalled and will not be going back there ever again!!

I have been waiting a full week for my repeat prescription, excuse after excuse first it was the Doctor, waiting for a couple of meds to come in now it's to do with my name, when you phone they want you off the phone not very good customer service at all

Nobody say hi, I have been waiting for more than 30 mins and there was no queu, I understand if they are busy or something but somebody must have told the customer if they could wait because I was there standing waiting for them and they just ignored me, poor service

Went there to ask for advice on some medication I was taking, refused to help me and told me to go to the pharmacy I got it from. Would have taken literally less than a minute to ask a generic question but clearly was too busy to help. Now I'm going to have to take up GP's time over someone who may need the appointment.
