The staff are always to helpful, efficient and best of all they have a smile, especially Natalie always cheerful and happy, and it goes a long way to have a happy work place. ,the other day a women was so rude to one of the staff, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, sorry I don’t know the ladies name, but she was so professional, calm and handled the situation very well. Last not forgetting Vince the delivery driver, who again always happy, smiling so helpful such a great guy he always cheers your day up.

My partner and I have been visiting here since December 2019, and we have always had an excellent service. The team are lovely and always willing to help. It can get a little busy, but that is hardly their fault, and they make up for it by being genuinely nice to talk to. Keep up the great work!

Some time they sale ‘“about to expire medication” the pharmaceutical companies give them a percentage on sailing near date “expire medication.they took 5 days to prepare your medicine!! Advice check your medicine BEFORE leaving the pharmacy check the expiry date and the medicine brand because when they get a chance to trick you they will do.

There is a que and a long wait . But it would be helpful if one of the 5 people behind the counter would actually acknowledge you exist. 40 mins of which ten was standing g at the counter . It’s not the wait but the way you are treated . Being ignored it not great .

This chemist is very convenient when you are visiting the Hilltops surgery. Open until 6.30pm Mon - Friday.
Unfortunately it's closed all weekend and the website appears to be broken.
Step entrance from the car park or ramp on the other side. Also accessible directly from inside the medical centre.

I’d moved to this pharmacy when I moved address, since then I’ve had numerous issues including them repeatedly losing my paper prescription for controlled medication, issuing me with an owed dose and not the regular monthly dose but marking the monthly dose as collected. They have also failed to notify me when they returned a prescription to my doctor because of stock issues, and when I turned up claimed that they’d never been sent the prescription. Resulting in a large amount of back and forth for me between my GP reception and the pharmacy. This not only leads to excessively long wait times but serious concern for how my medication and personal information is handled each time.

Losing a paper prescription three times now means three copies of my date of birth, full name, address, medication, etc is somewhere out there and they have no idea where. I’ve now moved my pharmacy to one 3 miles away just to avoid issues, I’m fortunate I have the ability to do so.

Awful service, couldn't even get the pharmacist to look at my issue, you can even get advice a Boots!! advised to go to attached docs to make appointment, was told could only do it on line and they had none left, avoid
