All just wanted to share my experience, had been feeling unwell for a week are so tried my own GP but full so decided to go to this walk in as not feeling great. My experience of going to walk in centres are not great with poor service and long waiting times. Have to this place was amazing waiting time less than an hour and a pleasant experience with a friendly doctor who seemed to care and listen. Dr Gina Samuel was amazing and very knowledgeable and seem happy on her game. Gave me the tablets I needed after a good check up. Thank you for the great service.

I visited this drop in centre today on a "drop in basis" because my surgery was too busy to see me. Here I saw Jacky who was very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I felt far more relaxed with Jacky than I did with my regular doctor who I have been seeing for over 30 years. I was so please with Jacky that in future I will be going to this centre for my medical needs with Jacky. Thanks Jacky you are a gem. X

Don’t be put off by the outside of the building. Staff are really nice and friendly. I attended with my son as a walk-in on Sunday afternoon. We were seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Great service!

Came down for my neck/shoulder injury and was treated awfully. The nurse was unbelievably rude to me, and I have adhd so I get overwhelmed, and when I was crying she did not even care or say anything. She insisted that basically it was a waste of time and if I was in "that much pain" I need to get an xray which is where we are going now. Awful, especially since I'm not from the area.

I have been going to this surgery since 2+ years now and was quiet satisfied recently i had an appointment and the doc seemed to have no idea about my history/offered no solutions/was almost encouraging of pain med dependency i brushed it off as a one off incident only one month later ending up with an infected toe which now needs 2000mg antibiotics a day and i am still walking around with a sore toe with visible pus. Then i had an appointment for my daughter who has quiet a few things going on and was offered no support/help her repeated prescription was given to me as a favor as apparently now it could be bought over the counter . My husband had an appointment then and again a very very similar experience he had to wait more than 1 month for the appointment only to be told that only one issue could be addressed…Its very frustrating!

Such a Rubbish system, my son is having fever for last three days, I was in the queue since 8am and exact at 8:19 the lady on the call told me they are not left with any appointments for the day. Staff is not well mannered they always talk rudely. It’s not first time happening to me, always the first thing they say is they have not got any appointments left……. What is the point for having these GPs , if we go to A&E there are always long queues almost 8 to 10 hours waiting time and that means you can’t work, you can’t do anything apart from sitting there and waiting for a long time. At the end they will offer you either paracetamol or any pain killer and suggest you to go back to your GP…….
Who will take notice of it. Why they don’t do better arrangements…….. if a person is sick then why they leave them to die ? Where is humanity ? ?
Today on 07/08/2024 is my second attempt to book an appointment with the GP, I was calling no 2 from 8 am till 8:07 am and afterwards I was calling no 1 on the list until 8:15 and as soon as she picked my call they were not left with any appointments. This is quite frustrating. Why no one is taking action to avoid these type of disappointments? Please see screenshots of my calling , see actual time on the screen and the time since I have been on the call… o wish I could post a video and call records too
