Have been twice now to Diane on recommendation of a colleague. Both times have been very enjoyable (albeit painful!) and Diane explains everything she's doing in detail and why. Being an equestrian, as well as having a sit down job, I had some knots in my upper back and lower back/hip area which are now so much better and I don't get the aches that I used to. Diane took the time to explain why these knots had developed and what I could do to prevent them in the future.
I am only young at 25 so did not anticipate to have these issues so early on but I am so grateful to have found someone so knowledgable, and thorough, and will definitely be returning as and when I need to.
Cannot recommend enough and already have done to several friends and family members! This was definitely the best investment I have made in a long while.

Diane is a fantastic therapist. Not only is her knowledge outstanding but it is matched by her skills. Diane is proactive in her approach so when you leave after a session there will be work to do on your own to carry on with any rehabilitation.
