Excellent support from all involved at the practice. Having a number of health issues I have found all members of the team to be excellent.
Although the practice has a significant waiting list (like all others in the nhs) using the call back system I have been able to get the support needed within an acceptable (& safe) period of time.
Faster appointment confirmation would result in 6*!

I must say that the receptionist here are the best I’ve ever experienced.i moved here from London where the receptionist at my last docs were absolutely awful,entitled,arrogant with a big sign saying if you are rude you will be struck off but it didn’t work both ways.they were the epitome of all the jokes that are made of docs receptionist’s.
I have been overwhelmed by them all here knowing that the whole of the NHS is under unbelievable pressure I can only say that if I could give them 10 out of 10 I would.good job all round.forever grateful and thankyou

I’ve just witness a man who was in desperate need of medical help be given a 20 page form to fill in by their staff. Not offered a chair, not offered help. The public waiting for appointments had to step in to get him in a chair and get him seen too. Which funny enough, they then responded appropriately.

To say this place is beyond useless is a fabrication of how good they are. The staff are so ignorant and narcissistic they will smile at you while you are explaining that you are having a medical emergency. It’s vile and they should be closed down. Full complaint to the ombudsman will be filed today.

Utterly terrible management, stupid procedures that are not patient friendly, not enough doctors and too many patients. Staff are doing their best but its absolutely functionally terrible. 1+ month wait for basic appointments, couldn't even prebook a follow up to blood tests for an ongoing issue that isnt resolved. Terrible communication between departments, reception and doctors notes. Absolutely fed up - its been like this since the merger. Wish the old exchange was still around. I've decided to start going private where possible because its beyond a joke now.

Edit: You can see they asked me to contact them directly. The point is we've tried in the past.
Family members have already written emails in about bloodwork and appointment follow up protocols. To them no communication is communicating and until your management team realise thats shockingly bad practice its a loosing battle.

Im still waiting for an email I sent to be acknowledge as received and thats important medical information.
So I still havent decided whether or not to waste everyones time leaving a complaint you clearly don't have the resources or ability to action.

Appointment system doesn't work, you phone up and the system hangs up on you when your call is answered, very frustrating when you've been waiting for 40 minutes. The online booking form isn't responded to for hours or sometimes not at all until the following day.

We are so lucky to have this surgery so close to home. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful, great Drs and with the app it is very easy to get an appointment

I think grove are doing everything right during these challenging times for primary care! I have never had an issue getting an appointment within a reasonable timeframe and the staff have always been excellent

This practice has gone down new staff every month it seems I saw a nurse who looked at my symptoms and said oh it's just a spot and you don't need any treatment today after speaking to GP I needed antibiotics and the nurse said I don't need treatment just think if I left and they got more infected and got sepsis seems they drs and nurses don't have time to see you properly terrible
