Sat waiting to be seen and an elderly gentleman came in and asked to use toilet. He was desperate and nearly in tears. Was sent away with excuse of covid. Disgusting you were willing to let an elderly gentleman wet/soil himself, especially being a health clinic!!! Shame on you!

Dreadful with Rob Barker today - 26 Sept 2022.
Usually good. Asked me very personal and I found very insulting questions considering we have had a close working relationship for many months. It sounded as if it wasn’t his wording. He was very abrupt. I was talking about childhood, in particular a recent assault which has triggered my PTSD and lack of sleep. I don’t feel he took my condition at all seriously enough. Very very disappointed and distressed.
