My experience is not a good one. Whilst my dealings with the staff is mainly positive the service and support I've received is not positive. I have practically had to beg to get any support or a referral. Whilst I have witnessed other individuals receiving first rate, efficient service from this surgery. Two tier surgery no less

Terrible service, no one ever answers phones and no help when I'll. I don't know how they can call themselves health care providers. I feel I am just lied to when you are fobbed off on the telephone. I work in the NHS and would not want to be seen to be prividing a service like I have had recently

My apple watch detected that I was experiencing high heart rates. I felt off but not ill. On Monday, 08:00, 5/08/2024, I entered my details in Patches. At 9:30, I received a text for a telephone appointment that afternoon which resulted in n appointment with a GP,08:40, Tuesday, 06/08/2024. After consultation, I was asked to wait till a room would be available for an E.CG.and blood tests. All of these were concluded resulting another G.P consultation. Resulting in a heart condition being diagnosed, full clear explanation, medication prescribed with benefits and possible side effects explained and two further appointments made. This treatment along with lovely people conducting themselves in their jobs with professional attitudes, kindness, caring and supportive given this was a bit alarming for me. Excellent surgery and patient/ client care from start to finish. I and my family have been registered with this surgery since 1993 and have only ever experienced openness, great and effective care and always , always treated with kindness. Thank you so much for everything.

How come my 77 year old mum keeps getting continuously told every time she calls for an appointment there aren’t any and advised by a receptionist who has no medical training what so ever to go to A & E and sit and wait to see a doctor. This is absolutely ridiculous. She has just been treated for cancer and should be able to see a GP. This has happened on a number of occasions now. Ringing at 8am to still not able to get an appointment. What the hell are you supposed to do to see a GP? No wonder people are literally dying when it’s an impossibility to get a face to face appointment. This practice should be ashamed.

The worst doctors iv ever had the misfortune of being near. Lazy gestapo staff, missing medications poor online practices and fob you off. Don't expect to ever get an appointment or help.

If I could, 0 stars for this surgery.

They have not only neglected me, they have gaslit me about my own mental health when they are not even qualified. I am changing surgery soon. The reception staff are absolutely abhorrent, rude and lack empathy and compassion. No accountability for mistakes and failures made - it’s laughable.

Avoid at all cost.

After 50 minutes waiting to be answered told no appointments you’ve got to be on guest list to stand a chance of getting a appointment.the lass sound more like a Robot which is a shame as there’s some nice staff work there.they moan about abusive calls they should take a look at how some staff are to patients.inasked how many doctors where on she said 5 I went up 3 people in waiting room.this doctors is a joke ended up going to a@e and was in and out quicker then my call waiting time for doctors.time to change doctors
