Dr Heath is so kind and caring. He really listens and remembers things you've said even if a long time ago. He is an outstanding GP. Also want to recognisr Claude one of the Social Prescribers, she is worth her weight in gold, excellent at her job and a very caring and compassionate woman, she has really supported me well through a difficult time.

Felt really dismissed. I never go to my GP, but I was really concerned so i asked to see someone to find out what happened and make sure it didn't happen again. Was seen for 10 mins and basically told I was overreacting and to come back if it happened again. I understand GPs are under a lot of pressure but dismissing patients is not the way to keep things under control

Excellent response from GP.
Good communication from booking system.
I have needed to use the Foundry a lot in recent years and have always felt noticed and involved with decisions.
I regularly tell my friends and family who live in other parts of the country of my local experiences and they are envious of the attention given by the Foundry - specifically St Andrews.

I cannot fault the efficiency and care I received from Dr Spears. I was seen on the day, had blood tests and Dr Spears phoned me with the results the same day. He also phoned to see how I was getting on the following week and arranged to see me again that day. He arranged chest x rays and again followed up with a call to me the same day.
I would like to praise Foundry Healthcare and especially Dr Spears for the outstanding care and support provided.

Doctors? Always fobbed off with a paramedic! None of my friends or family ever see a Doctor anymore, only the same paramedic over and over again, who has got at least two things wrong. Most of us suffer in silence now as you will get the same bloke who clearly doesn’t have the medical training of a Doctor.
Receptionists seem nice though and Lewes Victoria always provides good care.
In the good old days of Dr Ross you had an excellent standard of care, shocking what’s happened to it now sadly.

Foundry healthcare are doing a great job in a very difficult climate. As we all know the NHS are in trouble. These guys genuinely care and do their very best to help their patients in the most efficient way. They go out of their way to be helpful. There is the occasional hiccup but that is being human. If there are any problems they are quick to respond and help as best they can.
I would recommend them highly. The main thing is. They are kind.

Sadly I waited several weeks for a face to face appointment to be told by kind GP that he could not help but would recommend another appointment with a GP who could give required treatment. Surely this was a waste of GP time and could have taken place with another medic by telephone.
