Barbara is absolutely amazing!
I have never had any type of therapy or help before her, I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect but as soon as we spoke I was put at ease. She is a beautiful person and has helped me put my childhood/teenage trauma to bed. She is so kind and very patient she has given me coping mechanisms that I still use. What an amazing lady…
I took my 12 year old daughter to see Barbara due to her stomach anxiety issues which she’d suffered from for over 4 years. Barbara told us that she could help and wow she did just that!!
After 5 sessions my daughter is totally free of her daily crippling stomach pains and sickness.
I’d totally recommend Barbara to anyone with issues as she truly can make people better.

Barbara is absolutely AMAZING! I went to Evolve middle of last year for help with my mental health & to focus on understanding my anxiety and depression. Barbara has not only helped me to overcome areas with coping mechanisms, she also will never ask directly to hear about your personal experiences, things that trigger you, or things that upset you unless you want to discuss those. She is a very talented and knowledgeable lady and is so amazing at what she does. I recently went for help with alcohol (habit drinking) and I am feeling so in control and positive. I went to Barbara in the view to sort some personal issues that I had accumulated over the years.
I had no idea what to expect and genuinely thought it would be talking through all my problems with someone I don’t even know, which scared me to be honest! Let me tell you now, it’s nothing like that. Don’t get me wrong Barbara will listen if you want her to but she helped me in other ways and literally has changed my life. I never thought I could feel better and Barbara has made me feel myself again and happy again! If your thinking about getting therapy then please go and see her because she is amazing!
