Came to see Ashley in the beauty team. Had amazing service. Had my eyebrows and lashes tinted and shaped. A basic pedicure and gel paint on fingers. A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Will be back again soon !!!

I have been going to Epic Wellness & Beauty since last week, and I have loved Aydzhan's gentle approach and her sincerity when it comes to getting great results! I am no fan of needles, and she honestly makes the process so calming and pain-free! I have been getting anti-wrinkle injections as well as lip fillers and loving the natural results.

I wish there was a way to give them 0 stars. I booked an appointment for semi permanent eyebrow makeup. I showed up on time, yet the “practitioner” was late. As I looked around, I realized how dodgy and dingy the place looked. There are a few small rooms in the attic of the building with a barber shop downstairs. The environment was extremely noisy, unhygienic and suffocating. I felt extremely uncomfortable and claustrophobic and quickly decided to cancel my appointment. They wouldn’t even give me a refund for paying for a service I did not receive. Super unprofessional and rude.

Lynda and Ashley were very professional, and did an excellent massage on my shoulders, advising me of different types of procedures available.
Just one criticism, the stairs to the salon could do with a handrail for those of us who struggle with mobility..

Epic Wellness & Beauty was even better than I thought! They did a fantastic job with my lips, making them look great with their Lip Contour, Blushing, and Neutralizing Lip services. The results are amazing, and the staff is incredibly skilled and friendly. You should try it!
