I was suffering from Sciatica. Lydia at EMPC was excellent and has got me pain free in four sessions. Everyone is different of course but the physio therapy and exercises given to be me have certainly helped me and I would thoroughly recommend them and Lydia.

After seeing Judith now for over 20 years she has always been absolutely fantastic with me.
