I had moved during Coronavirus so the dentist wasn't a priority which meant several years without treatment. Naturally I was concerned about starting again with a new dentist, however I needn't have worried. The young lady I saw was thorough, conscientious and extremely pleasant. As a result I have no reservations about recommending the practice wholeheartedly

Excellent dental practice. It is almost(!) a pleasure to visit Niki and her team as I know I will get first class treatment. Everything including equipment is up-to-date and I am kept well informed of what needs to be done and can also see on screen what a wonderful set of teeth I have! Patients have been advised how to attend during these difficult Covid times and nothing is left to chance. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful and do their best to make appointments to suit the patient. I have nothing but praise for this practice.

I cannot recommend Niki and her team highly enough; the care and attention you receive from everyone at the practice is outstanding. As someone who is afraid of going to the dentist, I feel in very safe hands as Niki explains everything carefully and patiently. The friendliness, courtesy and care of the whole Brookview team take away any dread of a visit to the dentist! Their response to the Covid situation seems to have been exemplary and treatment received in no way compromised. When a recent check-up revealed the rather urgent need for a filling this was fitted in within a week and Niki and her assistant were ready, kitted out in even more PPE for the procedure. I feel confident that the very best is now being done to preserve my rather ancient teeth and wish they had had Niki’s attention many years earlier!

My appointment was for a routine dental check with Niki.The appointment ran on time and I didn't feel I was being rushed through and instantly felt relaxed.As well as the routine check Niki gave me considerable time to discuss an on going dental problem that I have. Niki was extremely helpful in spending time to explain the medical facts and consquences associated with my problem and also the different options that I had to treat and help the problem. Before going for my appointment I was experiencing a considerable amount of worry about my dental problem. Niki was able to put my concerns at rest and give clear advice to help me decide on the best course of treatment that would fit comfortably with me. I left the appointment feeling extremely better than when I went in. A 20 min appointment extended into 40 mins and at no extra cost.

All the staff are very welcoming. The dentist and hygienist are very skilled and extremely thorough; they go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable throughout the procedures. Handling of practice throughout Covid was particularly well done.
