I had root-canal done and my dentist Salina has been wonderful, she talked me through all the stages and kept me well informed with what was needed and why. She also made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. The reception staff are very kind and welcoming specially sultana, they actually talk to you and remember you from past appointments. Same with the dentist she always speaks to patients in the waiting area if their early as shes calling in other patients. Overall a very good experience.

BEWARE OF NEGLIGENT DENTAL CARE AT THIS CLINIC!!!! AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY HAVE RUINED MY TEETH AND I CAN NO LONGER EAT!!!!

I want to write this review to raise awareness about the negligent dental treatment I received at this clinic. My recent root canal procedure that has left me in excruciating pain and discomfort, unlike any previous dental experience I've had. Prior to the treatment, only one side of my teeth was causing me pain, however, since the procedure, one entire side of my mouth has been in severe pain.

The dentist, Selina, displayed shocking negligence and a complete lack of care during the treatment. She engaged in loud, personal conversations with a colleague, completely disregarding my presence and concerns. This level of unprofessionalism is utterly unacceptable in a medical setting.

To make matters worse, when I contacted them with a complaint, I received a response stating that the dentist was away on personal matters and would reply when she's back. This is outrageous! As the dental practice is open, and someone else could have addressed my urgent complaint.

My recent visit to this clinic has left me in severe physical and emotional distress, and I have lost all confidence in the quality of care provided here. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this dentist due to their shocking negligence and lack of care. It's imperative to prioritise your health and well being by seeking dental care elsewhere.

I started using this dentist when it opened in the mid ninties when it was originally a one man show in the hands of D Gouw before his wife came over and joined him in running the survey. I have had 25 years plus of excellent service. I have been back once since then and though he is no longer there I can not complain about the dentist that treated me. He apparently is no longer there as he has now moved to Edmonton. I hope things have not changed entirely as this might be costly to the practice

This Dentist service is corrupted, Saha a receptionist, acts as though she owns the dental practice and her behaviour is quite rude.
She tries to be smart by hiding her behaviour but when you repeatedly visit you'll be able to see her true colours.

The new owners are just all talks no action. I have been with this dentist since i was young. The old owner, the chinese men was good however he did do different colours fillings on my teeth so it looks weird. The new owners will only talk and make you believe they know alot and they are experts but they dont want to do no action. They are scared to take a teeth out, they are scared to touch your mouth. I been going through pain because of believing in them. I go with a problem, they will make you understand it is not a problem it get better and make you go and then your pain gets severe etc. The lady in the reception is always on the phone with headphones on and when i come in the dr said no phones allowed. After more then 10 years being with this dentist, i quit and i will join new one

Friendly staff and great professional dental care, but what impressed me the most is the post care advice and answers to any questions I had from the dentist Sadiq (sorry if name spelt wrong).
The dental nurse was very friendly and kind and made my visit more relaxing and light warming.
The reception was easily able to get my inquires done with a snap of her finger and gave a great warm welcome when entering the building.

My teeth feel great :).

I am with E2 dental practice for couple of years and I always prefer Dr Shelina, who is really good and helpful, she takes her time to do the job neatly. She is really good with the patients, gives her time and explain everything what she needs to do. She will explain the pros and cons of the job she will do, she prepares the patient mentally. She has really good communication skill and in short I can say she is a people's person. Also her assistant dental nurse Rushnara, she is really good and helpful too, when Dr Shelina is treating the patient, Rushnara makes the patient comfortable by talking to them.

New people running E2 dental practice, service is terrible. The somalian lady at the reception is very rude and unhelpful. She books appointments for you and when you turn up, says that she can not see an appointment that is booked for you. Very strange place and woman. This has happened twice to me. Do not go there, avoid at all cost. Go anywhere but there. This place needs to be closed down immediately.
