Been with Lingwell croft for many years,as was my late husband.Always excellent service the care my husband received was excellent (Dr.Glyn).I myself had to go myself today,Used patches for the first time ever & found it excellent & I am not a young person.my experience today was the same as always excellent.

Personally I think the level of care has plummeted of late, which has led to serious mistakes being made on numerous prescriptions, The availability of appointments is a complete joke, & having to go through patches for 20 mins only to be told to phone anyway is more than frustrating.
They have some really fantastic staff who care & that will try & help you with your issues & some that don't

The is has been my doctors all of my life and though people seem to think the level of care has dropped this is not the case this is because of the shear amount of people pointlessly using the doctors for things they can quite simply go to a chemist for and using the resources other people who have genuine ailments could be using, I am first time pregnant required an urgent appointment I rang and got an emergency appointment and dr Richmond saw me after closing was very helpful and gave me his time, full attention and helped me very quickly I cannot complain or fault the service provided and the reception staff where very quick and helpful in assisting wether this was required as an emergency appointment thank you all for you help!

To give this practice a bad review based on it's individual quality of care would be an injustice. Instead, it's indicative of the whole NHS being stretched to it's limits by underfunding, and greedy NHS suppliers. My Mother uses another practice just down the road and they have the exact same issues.

Patches, excellent and fast way to access an appointment. I contacted Patches and a short time later a lovely lady called Lorraine phoned me and scheduled an appointment the same afternoon. Lingwell Croft never fail to impress, with wonder patient service. Really helpful receptionists and very professional doctors.

I transferred to this doctors as I moved house. The online booking system is fab, I had to ring reception for my nhs number to get started and the receptionist was lovely. I booked a telephone app and my doctor was really nice and rang on time

Two telephone appointments booked , waited all day for the calls only to be told they had both been finished ! With no missed calls.. now out of medication and the script will take 48 hours .. also rebooked in 4 days time !! What a joke

worst GP possible, no help if needed. appointments scheduled for hours are always delayed, with your child you have to wait over an hour! I do not recommend
