Every time I call at 8 :00 my call never go through and says there are maximum calls and to call later

I can keep calling for more then 30 minutes and still the same answer. How is possible that y call never go through? I can barely use the GP service. I always end up having to go to walking center. I work go NHS and I think this is unacceptable.

Really bad service and receptionist can be quite rude.

Dialled 8am sharp multiple days never get the appointment. Had to wait half an hour in the queue every-time just to be told no slots available. If u tell a 2nd medical issue to the GP they will rudely ask u to book another appointment for later even if it is a 2 minutes thing. Receptionists r very rude.

Certain receptionist is very rude and intrusive told my hubby docs dont do telephone calls anymore and was rude to me in front of other patients and a nurse its awful. Just to add went in 26th sept 24 to be told couldnt get flu jab as wasnt 65 i have been a patient since 1998 its ridiculous then receptionists tallking about me in full view while i was waiting for my husband to have his asthma check place is a joke apart from Dr Shaw ....Dr Hall would be disgusted with how i am treated i had a great respect for him he saw me through some terrible times with my ex husband and always listened. Twice now i have had a problem with receptionists 3rd time i will take it further.

I got kicked of the list all cause I couldn’t get in touch to re arrange the appointment yet been so ill and other appointments overlapping due to mental health and hardly been going out and get a phone call to say you have been now kicked of the list clearly need to sort the issue out to where you can get hold of them now this sent my mental health down even more and anxiety they clearly don’t care especially when I’m also on controlled medication and now I can’t get any till I get a another docs it’s disgusting think needs to be sorted properly all cause I’ve not been well and wasn’t going to take my chest infection in to a public health department I’m absolutely devastated and disgusted with this

I think its quite sad for people with serious symptoms or serious pain , that they can not even get threw to this practice, i have been calling for a week with food poisoning symptoms and bleeding for longer peried of time and they cant even pick up the phone, 8:01 ive rang and waited until 9 is ridiculus, i dont get the presence of this practice at all, and it isnt helpfull pr friendly at all. They just do what they have to do but with anger, this practice should be cancelled as it is completely useless.

What's the point of being registered with a GP if you can never get an appointment. Every morning I ring at 8 exactly, after a ridiculously long hold, guess what, no appointments available. What an absolute joke.

Receptionists are also rude and make you feel like you are such an inconvenience.
