Very rubbish gp surgery. I am diabetic person .i had an appointment with nurse and told her I have some problem .she told me u go on reception and book appointment with doctor and receptionist said I don’t have any appointment now and call tomorrow and book your appointment .i am working women I start my work 2 o clock then I am coming gp 8 o’clock because I don’t have too much time to wait .because I am coming break time .1 girl sitting on reception she said I can’t book your appointment.she said this is your problem u coming here.i don’t know why they don’t understand our problems.if I am not well that’s why I am going there.she don’t know how to deal with patient .

A wonderful surgery, although it is busy. The doctors, nurses, reception staff are all helpful and thorough. Dr Sandhu methodically went through all my issues and looked for the root cause rather just treating symptoms. A very big thank you for all your help.

I have always dreaded cervical smear tests but still attend. Nurse Jashan conducted my smear testing, and I was absolutely surprised at how well the procedure went. She really listened to my concerns and was very calming and patient throughout. The procedure was relatively quick and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and care

The senior receptionist was rude unresponsive and disrespectful. Glasses graying hair southasian because I won’t bother to remember her name. I appreciate the black doctor who accommodated us accordingly. Thank you sincerely for such small acts and willingness to do you job exceptionally.

A dermatologist at Syon clinic issued a referral request & I was asked to book an appointment at Belmont centre to further discuss with my GP.
At Belmont reception, I saw a young woman, slouched on chair, with arms folded (looked like she was about to fall asleep). I requested to book an appointment with Dr Sandhu.
She replied with 5-6 word sentence, without any signs of interest & with complete disregard, making me feel very unwelcomed.
Instead of carrying out their duties with conviction & dedication, they think they are doing us a favour.
This calibre of employees are managing our health records…!!!
If this was my business, I would have replaced this employee!!
