Dr Wijeratne and the rest of the doctors are absolutely amazing. The service at the GP is outstanding from all staff - even the receptionists are extremely helpful. They all really go out of there way for you.The walk in centre for emergency appointments is also a life saving service. Waiting times are minimal and appointments tend to be on time. I have been going to this GP since I was a child and there is NOTHING they could improve on. I could write an essay about all the great the things this GP practice has done! A major thank you to all the staff at Dr J Wijeratne GP surgery.

Where else can I sign up? It is so hard to get an appointment! I cannot imagine the elderly having to fill in “quick” online forms when I am struggling with it! Not to mention the fact that you can only request an appointment ONLINE before 3pm! Is it like this in every clinic?

It's great as long as you stick to the rules. Phone first for appointment. It is not an emergency room. It is a consultation place not a surgery room. for those people waiting, cover your mouths when sneezing and coughing. You are passing your issues to others. A common cold can kill the weak, young, elderly... you won't like it if somebody sneezes in your child's face without covering their mouth. Idiots

Very unorganised, ignorant and irresponsible! Being with them in the past 6 months and they still haven't been successful to get our medical records from our previous GP. They do mistakes and don't take responsibility, and don't apologise for they mistakes, instead of that, would blame on you. They are not helpful at all and do not have any intention to fix their mess. Always have been kept in waiting area for long time, once around an hour!

I wish I could give it - star, this is the worst GP ever. They lost my blood after a blood test. Took them 3 weeks to get me a new form requested. Booked new blood test appointment, turned up on the day and they say someone phoned and cancelled my appointment. Never ever heard all of this before. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Worst doctors don't want to help don't read what you say on the app they make you use.and a waste of time

Very helpful staff and all the doctors are amazing and very kind.
