I registered here a year ago and I’m amazed at the service I get. Within days of registration, I received immediate appointments for blood, bowel, breast and cervical tests. Dr Drew is available for phone appointments. He’s so caring and professional, with excellent advice and a listening ear. I’ve had a same day GP appointment for a heavy cold. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and received immediate appointments for walk in X-rays, Physiotherapy and OHT plus equipment. No quibbles about prescriptions: I need them and get them. Boots is open to 9pm at night!
My friends and family elsewhere are astonished at how well I’m treated. Where they live they can’t even get a doctor’s appointment!

Used to go to this surgery and the care I recieved was insulting. Dr Justin Joseph diagnosed me with IBS (Over the PHONE) when I was trying to discuss painful periods. Now 5 years later I have to explain to doctors I was not properly diagnosed, or even examined regarding this diagnosis. Dr Dhar blamed my chronic pain on my weight and refused to diagnose or help me with anything. This surgery is honestly a joke. Run far away or you'll be fixing their mistakes for years.

Having been a patient at this practice for 7 years, I have been very pleased overall with the level of service. I have never been denied a same day appointment on the few occasions I have need such, for myself or my Daughter. I would think 95% of my appointments have been within 5 mins of stated time, and I have never felt rushed during an appointment, and have had my questions answered, even when requiring long answers.
It can be frustrating when trying to get through on the phone to the repeat prescription line, and sometimes to the receptionists, but I can imagine this is a universal situation.
Happy with the service, the staff and the Doctors. Recommended 🙂

I have delivered my referral letter dated 20 February to the surgery reception and been advised that I would receive a phone call from my doctor's secretary. No phone call so I sent an email 10 days ago (it is April !!) - no response. This is very disappointing.

Absolutely awful doctors, speak to you like dirt, don't book an actual time for an appointment, don't help with anything & then hang up when they decide you should be done. Absolutely disgusting practice, would not reccomend, not if you want to actually be helped.

Would not recommend at all you go in to see the doctor and back out within 2 minutes nothing wrong with you not helpful at all. needed to speak to a doctor as had a problem with my ear and lost hearing doctor rang all i got was its wax ring back if it gets worse no questions asked. Now looking to change doctors.

I have rang twice in the past few months regards and injury sustained in a road traffic collision and also an enquiry regards flu jab and found staff very rude when actually get to speak to someone.I know it is difficult in these unpresidented times but at least be civil when speaking to patients.
