Thank you Crestview for leaving my wife in acute pain & distress without medication this weekend despite her submitting a prescription several days ago.
Their excuse is 'new guidance' which advises them to withdraw medication presumably to cut costs.
My wife and myself are both pensioners having worked hard all our lives, paying full N.I. contributions yet are denied help by the duty doctor at Crestview.
Ever heard of the 'hippocratic oath' doctor?
Shame, shame, shame on you! I would not leave a dog in such pain & distress suffered by my wife this weekend.
The first appointment offered is 2 weeks time & no prescription authorised in the meantime. Disgraceful!!!
As a last resort we called 111 & a charming polite doctor returned our call & issued the necessary prescription within minutes.
Crestview... look & learn.
If I could submit this review with a minus figure for the star rating...I WOULD!!!

Ask this practice regarding the armed forces covenant along with military related injuries.
Because let me tell you. They don't care. Receptionist are rude, condescending and under trained.
The only reason I have given 3 stars is because the majority of the Doctors and nurses are brilliant.

This incompetence should be investigated. I'm on long term medication that is supposed to be on repeat prescription.
Month after month I call at the pharmacy to be told it has not been ordered. Have to make two or three calls to the surgery and pharmacy to get my pills which often run out.
The online appointment system does not work. After believing all the website hyp about how efficient it is, I requested an appointment for my wife who was in considerable pain and unable to walk properly. Turned up on the day ten minutes before the appointed time and she was told "you have no appointment booked".
Why is it impossible to post a review without clicking a star? They don't deserve one.

I have been with this surgery for over 20 years, and it is going downhill fast. Today's issue was an appointment canceled 1 hour after the appointment time, and then re-arranged at an impossible time on the first day of work in the new year. When I rang up to change it the receptionist was off-hand almost to the point of being rude, acting as if I should change my work requirements to make the re-arranged appointment (do remember they canceled after the appointment time). Another recent experience has been trying to get an appointment when I had the flu and the guardian of the gate (receptionist) refusing, I then had to use a private GP who prescribed medicine to help with my asthma.
So impossible to get an appointment when you are ill, but when they require you to have an appointment then they will make the appointment, then cancel it with no explanation and then remake it to suit them.

My blood test results were mixed up with someone else's and was given wrong results causing me upset. I was left without medication for my diabetes because had to wait for phone call from pharmacist. No reason given so had to wait without medication. Receptionist not sympathetic at all no sorry or any reason.
